It’s best to share your anxiety. If you’re nervous or uneasy, tell Kelly and the Team Members so that they may adapt the treatment to your needs. Our highly trained Team Members go to great lengths to reduce anxiety in anyway they can. They take the time to listen to what each individual wants, explain each option available and clarify dental treatment in easy to understand terms. Each of our Team Members has completed comprehensive OSHA training (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and is highly trained in sterilization and infection control standards. They also attend a variety of advances dental training classes throughout the year.
We provide portable CD players to play your favorite CD if the sound of the drill bothers you. (We also play classic rock and roll pretty loud, but we have individual volume controls in each op.) Try to visit us when your less likely to be rushed or under pressure, perhaps early morning and after work. Our practice features the latest and greatest in dental technology and creature comforts such as ultra-comfortable, soft leather chairs, cozy blankets, pillows and warm, lemon scented towels.For those patients who simply need to take the edge off, we offer conscious sedation with Xanax, Valium, Halcion or nitrous to ensure a comfortable, stress-less visit. For patients undergoing large treatment cases, such as veneers, we offer a complimentary town car pick up and delivery service.
